Why We Built DMARKOFF — The DMARC App That Works Like You Do

Estimated reading time: 4 minutes

The Idea: About Us and Our Experience

DMARC has become a core part of domain security and email deliverability. It helps protect brand reputation, prevents phishing and spoofing attacks, and highly increases the potential for legitimate emails to reach the inbox.

But beyond that, DMARC is no longer optional. For high-volume senders, missing or misconfigured DMARC can directly impact inbox placement. Major mailbox providers increasingly expect proper authentication, and without it, emails are more likely to be filtered, rejected, or flagged as suspicious. At the same time, regulators and industry standards are pushing DMARC adoption forward, making it an essential part of modern email compliance.

At GlockApps, we’ve spent more than 20 years building email deliverability solutions, working with complex authentication systems, and helping businesses improve inbox placement. We kept coming back to the same thought: managing DMARC shouldn’t be complicated. So, we set out to build a simpler way to do it.

The idea for the product came from our CTO, Aliaksandr Markau. Fittingly, his last name inspired the name DMARKOFF.

The Challenge: DMARC Tools Still Too Complicated

Once DMARC is in place, the next step is visibility. To understand how the domain is being used, businesses need DMARC reporting. These reports show who is sending emails on your behalf, how those messages are authenticated, and whether anything looks suspicious or misconfigured.

However, there’s a challenge. DMARC reports are delivered as raw XML files, which are not exactly something people can quickly scan or act on. To make sense of them, you need a DMARC reporting tool that parses domain data and turns it into readable insights.

Unfortunately, there is a gap. While DMARC becomes essential, the tools available are not keeping up with how teams work.

From our experience, most organizations face the same challenges:

  • Setup and ongoing management are more complex than expected
  • Pricing tied to both domains and messages makes expenses hard to predict
  • Collaboration across teams, clients, or departments is limited

Most DMARC tools weren’t designed around real workflows. Instead, they often create extra difficulties with feature restrictions behind enterprise plans, rigid pricing models, and reserving large-scale domain management for separate MSP programs.

We wanted to change that. That’s what pushed us to build something better.

“DMARC is essential for preventing email spoofing and phishing attacks, protecting both brands and users. It ensures only authenticated emails reach inboxes, preserving trust and security.

Adopting DMARC can be technically demanding, so tools that streamline its implementation and management are highly valuable. They make it easier for organizations of all sizes to deploy DMARC effectively, reducing risks and improving email deliverability.”

Pierre Pignault, CEO of MailSoar.

Why not just upgrade the existing DMARC Analyzer?

Our DMARC Analyzer was built as part of a deliverability tools bundle. And building a truly flexible, scalable DMARC monitoring platform required a different system.

We always believed that the DMARC tool should be simple to understand, easy to scale, and safe to collaborate by default. So, instead of adding new features to an existing product, we built something entirely new.

On the DMARKOFF platform, you can easily group multiple domains into projects by client or department and create workspace accounts to invite users and collaborate freely.

The Solution: The DMARC App That Works Like You Do

DMARKOFF is built with the user in mind, not the other way around. Our platform is designed to support the full workflow: from organizing domains and collaborating with others to understanding issues and taking action.

One of the key goals behind DMARKOFF was accessibility for all experience levels:

•  For professionals — multi-tenant management built in with no limits on users or access features, making it easy to manage multiple clients or domains in one place

•  For beginners — built-in AI assistant, Luma, helps translate complex reports into clear explanations with recommended actions

At the same time, scalability is part of the foundation. Whether you’re managing a few domains or dozens, the workflow remains consistent. There’s no need to upgrade plans or unlock features as you grow. Everything works for you from the start.

And importantly, the pricing follows the same principle. Instead of tying cost to messages, users, or feature tiers, DMARKOFF keeps it simple: you pay $10 per domain you manage, and get everything you need out of the box:

  • Unlimited DMARC report processing
  • Unlimited users, workspace accounts, and projects for flexible collaboration
  • Free monitoring for parked non-sending domains with alerts
  • Shareable projects for secure collaboration, where ownership over your domains and data stays with you
  • Smart alerts that track sending patterns and flag unusual activity
  • Up to 30 Luma AI reports per domain each month

The result is a system that feels predictable, flexible, and aligned with real-world use. It is professional-grade DMARC monitoring made more accessible.

“DMARKOFF was born from hands-on experience, turning DMARC noise into clear, actionable truth.”

Aliaksandr Markau, Founder & CTO
