Advanced Email Analytics

Advanced Email Analytics

Currently in development…

Knowing how your audience breaks down can provide actionable insights, so you can start sending better emails.

Thus, in addition to email deliverability and reputation testing, GlockApps will provide the ability to track email campaigns and get advanced email analytics. With email analytics you can:

Learn how the recipients are engaged with your email

You can exactly know how many subscribers opened, clicked, and read your email. Few opens? Change the subject. Few clicks? Make a better design and offer.

Find out if people open on mobile or desktop

Knowing where your subscribers open the emails saves optimization and testing time and can even increase email performance.

 Use geolocation for segmentation

Don’t miss the opportunity to target specific countries, regions, cities, and states where your emails are opened with more relevant emails.

Maintain an active list

Suppressing bounce and unsubscribed emails from the recipient database protects you from abuse reports and email deliverability problems.

Below is the screenshot of the general email analytics report that will be available at GlockApps.

Advanced Email Analytics

Under the Recipients tab, you will be able to filter the recipients by their activity, platform they use to open your emails and country they come from.

Advanced Email Analytics

The Geolocation report will show you how many opens come from different countries.

Plus, you will be able to see the platforms and email clients your recipients used to open your messages.

This looks great. A couple questions…
    1) I see geolocation by country. Will this also be available by region / US state?
    2) Will we be able to export/download the raw open and click data?

      Hi Clark,
      thanks for your comment.
      1) I will add a region filter. Can you write few lines on how do you plan to use this region/state segmentation?
      2) The user activity data is scattered across multiple tables in the database so any export will require some level of computations. What raw data do you need and how do you plan to use it. In what format do need it?
