This blacklist contains IP’s who send SPAM to them. It’s meant to protect against hosts sending unwanted mail to their users and fabel.dk members.

Listing Policy

Someone or something on your network sent them spam. Some network (in particular in South America and Asia) does not maintain very good records in whois, so a large netblock including your IP might have been included in their list. They send abuse complaints to the abuse contact listed in ‘whois’ for the IP address. If this information is incorrect or they don’t get a reasonable response they’re much more likely to list an IP block as being unwanted for sending mail to their network. The list only includes IP addresses, not domain names.
