Listing Policy
IP addresses are added to the DNS-SERVICIOS RBL blacklist if the DNS-SERVICIOS spam trap receives more than five (5) spam messages in a six-hour period. This blacklist does support a manual request to remove or delist an IP address from their database. Removal requests that are submitted without addressing the core problem will likely result in the IP address or domain being relisted in that database, which can cause subsequent problems and extended listing periods without release.
