Free Trial
Geminds LLC provides a free trial for the Inbox Insight service to any customer who registers a free account with glockapps.com. After the account activation, the customer receives 2 credits and is able to run 2 Inbox Insight tests in the account.
Geminds LLC provides 10 000 free monthly credits for the DMARC Analytics tool which is part of glockapps.com. The customer can activate DMARC Analytics in their account.
Geminds LLC provides a free 14-day trial for the Uptime Monitor tool. The customer can activate the trial in their account.
Billing for Subscriptions
Geminds LLC charges the customer the amount according to the chosen subscription plan. For annual and monthly subscription plans, the charge happens automatically at the end of the billing cycle if the auto-renewal option is enabled by the customer. If the auto-renewal option is not enabled, an email with the link for manual payment is sent to the customer.
The prices indicated on the pricing page https://glockapps.com/pricing/ do not include any VAT/TAX fee collected by the Geminds LLC’s payment processor Verifone (ex 2Checkout).
Usage Count
Geminds LLC uses the credit system to track the usage of email tests, DMARC messages tracked by the service, and uptime monitors set up in the account.
Unused credits in subscription plans do not roll over the next month/year.
All email tests made either manually or through a proxy address, and all the runs of automatic tests are counted against the plan limit.
DMARC capable and DMARC uncapable messages sent by the customer’s legal sources are counted against the plan limit. DMARC capable and DMARC uncapable messages sent by email forwarders and unknown (potential threats) sources are not counted against the plan limit. GlockApps performs a DNS-based check to determine legal and unknown sending sources.
Billing for Over-Usage
Geminds LLC allows to go over the plan limitations for DMARC Analytics and Uptime Monitor.
In case of exceeding the plan limit in DMARC Analytics, Geminds LLC charges an over-usage fee for DMARC capable and uncapable messages sent by the customer’s legal sources at the rate depending on the subscription plan:
- $7 per 100,000 in the Essential monthly and annual plan;
- $5 per 100,000 in the Growth monthly and annual plan;
- $2 per 100,000 in the Enterprise monthly and annual plan.
In custom (personal) plans, the over-usage fee depends on the number of DMARC capable messages included in the plan:
- $7.5 per 100,000 if a custom plan includes from 1 to 1,999,999 DMARC capable messages;
- $6 per 100,000 if a custom plan includes from 2,000,000 to 10,000,000 DMARC capable messages;
- $2 per 100,000 if a custom plan includes more than 10,000,000 DMARC capable messages.
The customers on monthly subscription plans are charged an over-usage fee every month on the subscription renewal’s date.
The customers on annual plans are charged an over-usage fee from 1 to 5 day of the month when an over-usage is detected while their subscription is active.
In case of unsuccessful payment for the service over-usage, Geminds LLC reserves the right to temporary stop processing DMARC reports for the customer’s domains until the over-usage fee is paid.
In case of exceeding the plan limit for Uptime Monitor, Geminds LLC charges $1 per 2 monitors. The customers are charged an over-usage fee every month or year on the subscription renewal’s date.
Subscription Termination
You may terminate your subscription to the service at any time by canceling your subscription in your account on the glockapps.com site. After you cancel the subscription, the automatic renewal stops and no more monthly/annual charges will take place. Your subscription will stay valid till the end of the billing cycle and expire after the 5-day grace period if you don’t renew it manually.
If our system detects a resource over-usage (for DMARC Analytics and Uptime Monitor tools) in your account, it will charge you an over-usage fee at the end of the billing cycle.
Upon the subscription expiration, your paid account will be converted into the free account. You will still be able to use glockapps.com in the free mode with limited features.
Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and all the corresponding information by contacting Geminds LLC.
Geminds LLC may terminate your subscription and/or delete your account immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement.
Geminds LLC may delete a free inactive account, which has not been logged in for one year since the last user login.
Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund.
For monthly subscriptions, we issue a refund for the last paid month if the resources (spam tests, DMARC messages) were not used during the last month.
For annual subscriptions, we issue a refund for the upcoming months from the date of the subscription cancellation till the date of the subscription expiration.
After the refund completion, your paid subscription with glockapps.com will be terminated and your account will be converted into the free account. You will still be able to use glockapps.com in the free mode.
