Can I recover the test id string to put in the email?

If the test didn’t return the report and you want to re-send the message with the id to the seed list, follow these steps to get the right id string:

  • go to Inbox Insight -> Reports;
  • click on the message Subject line or on the “Waiting for data…” link;
  • click on the “Seed List” icon at the top right of the report.

You will receive the id string for the test and the seed list.
