Yes, you can bulk import your mailboxes’ SMTP settings from a file.
Go to Inbox Insight and click on “Connected Mailboxes”.
Click “Import CSV” at the top right.
Click “Download CSV sample” to know how you need to save the data in the file.
When your CSV file is ready, drag and drop it or click on the import area to select the file in a folder.
When the import is completed, click “Done” to close the window.
The connected mailboxes will appear in the Inbox Insight tool.
GlockApps checks the mailbox settings on auto-pilot. If it detects connectivity issues (authentication failed, host not found etc.), you will see “This connected mailbox isn’t working” instead of a proxy email address.
Click on the connected mailbox name and scroll down to read the connection error description.
Correct the entered data (SMTP username, password, server, or port) depending on the received error.
Click “Check & Save” to test the connected Mailbox again.
If the settings are correct, a proxy email address associated with the connected mailbox will appear. Now a working connected mailbox can be used for smart tests and automatic tests.
