What do “Tabs” and “Missing” stand for?

The Inbox rate is the percentage of the messages that went to the Inbox with different mailbox providers.

The Spam rate is the percentage of the messages that went to the Spam folder with different mailbox providers.

The Tabs rate is the percentage of the messages that went to different tabs in the Inbox (for example, the Gmail’s Promotions tab, Newsletters tab, Offers tab etc.) with different mailbox providers.

The Missing rate is the percentage of the messages that didn’t reach the test mailboxes.

You can filter the report data by the labels. In the reports dashboard, click on a label in the report and see the data related to that label. If you click the “Spam” label, you will see only the messages that went to the Spam folder with our test mailboxes.
