Why does the email alert tell some emails are missing?

The difference in the results shown in the email alert and in the report after the automatic test is finished is connected with the chosen time interval in the automatic test settings. 

GlockApps sends the email alert in XX minutes (the interval specified by you) after the automatic test is triggered and uses the results actual for that moment in the email notification. If some email messages haven’t reached some test email addresses or if GlockApps hasn’t found the message in the mailbox by that time, the result will be shown as “missing” for those messages. 

You can increase the time interval for sending the email alert in the automatic test settings.
