If you use Amazon SES and set up an integration with it via webhooks, GlockApps adds our webhooks to your webhooks existing in Amazon SES and you will receive bounce emails in GlockApps and in your application.
If you use SparkPost, SendGrid or Mailgun, GlockApps replaces your existing webhooks with our webhooks and you will receive bounce emails in GlockApps only.
When you connect to the IMAP account where you receive bounce emails via email, GlockApps creates new folders in your IMAP mailbox and moves bounce emails of each type (hard, soft, block etc.) to the respective folder. All the messages that don’t match any bounce type are moved to the folder called “other”.
