The results in the report show when your message reaches our test mailboxes. Typically it takes just a few minutes. Sometimes, the email service provider doesn’t send the message immediately but puts it in the sending queue. This causes a delay in showing the results in the report.
However, if the report didn’t show in a reasonable amount of time, it could be because of the following reasons :
1) you did not add the test id to the message;
2) the message contains more than one id string;
3) the id string wasn’t copied in the right format or was corrupted during the sending process;
4) your email system or server did not send the message to the seed list;
5) the receiving servers blocked the messages and they bounce back.
You can delete the test that didn’t show the report and the credit will be returned to your account.
Then you can create a new test making sure that you copy-paste the right id in the message (you can put the id string in the Subject line instead of the body) and that your email system sends the message to all the seed email addresses.
