How can I get results for missing emails?

Sometimes, after sending the message to the seed list, you may see undelivered or missing emails. If it happens, consider these tips to get a complete report:

  • check the sending logs in your email service provider to make sure it sent the message to the full seed list;
  • check your mailbox or bounce email statistics to find out if the messages bounced back or not; if the message bounced back, read the bounce error description to find out why the ISP blocked it;
  • check the status of the seed email addresses in your email service provider to make sure all of the seed emails are active and subscribed;
  • re-import the seed list in your email service provider as a new and active list;
  • re-send the same message with the same id string to the full seed list. Often times, the message gets delivered from the second attempt. If it is delivered, the missing results will be added to the report.
