The answer is no. You can only have one SPF record for one domain or subdomain. If you publish multiple SPF records, your emails will fail SPF authentication.
If you change the email service provider, you have to update the existing SPF record and include the new sender in the SPF record.
It’s important to verify the SPF record to ensure it complies with the 10-DNS limit lookup to avoid SPF failure. You can use the GlockApps free SPF Checker to verify the validity of the record.
If the DNS lookup limit is exceeded, double check the senders included in the record and remove the ones you are not using for email sending. The alternate option is to use a flattened SPF record to avoid SPF authentication failures.
You can use the GlockApps DMARC Analyzer to find out if your messages pass SPF authentication and alignment and determine the sending sources, which send unauthenticated emails.
