{"id":973,"date":"2024-01-05T13:25:25","date_gmt":"2024-01-05T13:25:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=973"},"modified":"2025-01-09T12:45:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T12:45:19","slug":"import-sending-accounts","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/art\/import-sending-accounts\/","title":{"rendered":"Can I bulk import sending accounts?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can import your sending accounts&#8217; SMTP settings from a file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <strong>Inbox Insight <\/strong>and click on <strong>&#8220;Sending Accounts&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>&#8220;Import CSV&#8221;<\/strong> at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>&#8220;Download CSV sample&#8221;<\/strong> to know how you need to save the data in the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When your CSV file is ready, drag and drop it or click on the import area to select the file in a folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the import is completed, click &#8220;Done&#8221; to close the window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sending accounts will appear in the Inbox Insight tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GlockApps checks the sending account settings on auto-pilot. If it detects connectivity issues (authentication failed, host not found etc.), you will see <em>&#8220;This sending account isn&#8217;t working&#8221;<\/em> instead of a proxy email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the sending account name and scroll down to read the connection error description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Correct the entered data (SMTP username, password, server, or port) depending on the received error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>&#8220;Check &amp; Save&#8221;<\/strong> to test the sending account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the settings are correct, a proxy email address associated with the sending account will appear.
