You can use the SMTP settings of most popular mailbox providers such as Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Office 365 and the SMTP settings of email service providers and delivery services that allow to use their SMTP servers in third party applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the steps to create a sending account with the Google Workspace SMTP settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In your account, go to&nbsp;<strong>Inbox Insight -&gt; Sending Accounts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click&nbsp;<strong>Create Sending Account<\/strong>&nbsp;and enter the information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sending account name:<\/strong>&nbsp;any name that you want to appear in the From field if your emails<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From email:<\/strong>&nbsp;your email address set up with Google Workspace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMTP server:<\/strong>&nbsp;smtp-relay.gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Port:<\/strong>&nbsp;587<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Security protocol:<\/strong> none (works as STARTTLS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMTP username:<\/strong>&nbsp;your email address set up with Google Workspace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMTP password:<\/strong>&nbsp;the App password created in your email account with Google Workspace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-to-create-an-app-password\">How to Create an App Password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Login to your Google Workspace Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click&nbsp;<strong>Settings &gt; See All Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>Accounts<\/strong>&nbsp;tab and click&nbsp;<strong>Google Account Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>Security<\/strong>&nbsp;tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on&nbsp;<strong>2-Step Verification<\/strong>. If it\u2019s turned Off, turn&nbsp;<strong>2-Step Verification<\/strong>&nbsp;to On.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom of the page, click&nbsp;<strong>App passwords<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter a name that helps you remember where you\u2019ll use the App password, for example GlockApps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select&nbsp;<strong>Generate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copy the 16-character code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click&nbsp;<strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paste the App password in the SMTP Password field in the sending account settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may want to save this App password to a safe place in order you can use it again in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"830\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-906\" srcset=\"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps.png 830w, https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps-300x207.png 300w, https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps-768x531.png 768w, https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps-50x35.png 50w, https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps-60x41.png 60w, https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/gsuite-smtp-glockapps-100x69.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 830px) 100vw, 830px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose a folder to create tests made via this sending account in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the spam filters and email providers to be used for the tests made via this sending account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click&nbsp;<strong>Check &amp; Create<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-configuring-google-workspace-smtp-relay\">How to Configure Google Workspace SMTP Relay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to creating an App password, you may need to configure the SMTP Relay in your Google Workspace account to be able to send emails to the seed list.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.google.com\/\">Google Admin<\/a> console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Navigate to <strong>Apps -&gt; Google Workspace<\/strong> <strong>-&gt; Gmail -&gt; Routing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Scroll to&nbsp;<strong>SMTP relay service<\/strong>&nbsp;and click&nbsp;<strong>Configure<\/strong>. If the setting is already configured, click&nbsp;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>Add another.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
