{"id":557,"date":"2021-06-18T12:40:57","date_gmt":"2021-06-18T12:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=557"},"modified":"2025-06-04T09:03:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T09:03:32","slug":"stop-receiving-dmarc-reports","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/art\/stop-receiving-dmarc-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"How to stop receiving DMARC reports for a domain?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To stop receiving DMARC reports in GlockApps DMARC Analyzer, delete the email addresses pointing to GlockApps from the DMARC record in the domain&#8217;s DNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have access to the domain&#8217;s DNS or want to temporarily disable DMARC monitoring for a domain, you can add the domain to the exclusion list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the <strong>Excluded Domains<\/strong> menu in DMARC Analyzer and click <strong>&#8220;Add Domain&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Type the domain name, put the Paused option to Off and click <strong>&#8220;Create&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1452\" height=\"355\" src=\"https:\/\/glockapps.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/exclude-domain-dmarc-analyzer.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1369\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>GlockApps will stop processing DMARC reports for an excluded domain. DMARC credits will not be taken for unprocessed reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To remove the domain from the exclusion list, go to DMARC Analyzer -> Excluded Domains on the left hand menu and delete the domain from the exclusion list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, you can set the Paused option for the domain to On.
